With stunning views of the entire Presidential Range, our condo association offers the largest and most luxurious units in all of Bretton Woods.

Presidential Views units are a perfect haven in the mountains for large families, as well as a great investment thanks to a well-run board of directors that takes long-term property maintenance seriously and operates with great fiduciary responsibility.

Our condo units are located on the right side of the Bretton Woods ski area at the end of Crawford Ridge Road as well as on Slopeside Lane and Avalon Drive - with direct access to the Presidential, Crawford Ridge, and Carroll ski trails.
