Our units
Presidential Views Condo Association consists of 15 units at the end of Crawford Ridge Road, on Slopeside Lane, and on Avalon Drive in Bretton Woods. Located just below the base station of the West Mountain lift, all of our units are ski- in/ski-out within a few steps of the Crawford Ridge, Presidential, and Carroll trails.
Our board
Our board of directors meets quarterly on Zoom in open meetings, and we believe in managing our association in a transparent and fiscally conservative manner. We have a long-term maintenance plan in place and the reserves available to manage the upkeep of the property in a prudent and efficient manner.
Our property manager
We are working with Great North as our property manager, and they have great staff available at their head office as well as a local property supervisor, who can be reached for emergencies.
