Calendar

Our next annual meeting is on Friday, January 12th, 2024, at 1:00 PM on Zoom. Information about the annual meeting will be sent to unit owners via email 2-3 weeks in advance of the meeting.

Our next quarterly board meeting will be following immediately after the annual meeting on the same Zoom call.

Important Notices

1.       Please remember that short-term rentals are prohibited in our condo association unless you get written approval from the board. As a reminder, this is the language from our condo declaration:

Any such rentals referenced herein may be for no less than six (6) months without the written permission of the Board of Directors, which permission shall not be unreasonably withheld, the determination of which rests solely with the Board of Directors.

2.       Please remember that parking at every unit is limited to three motor vehicles! Please ensure that if you are renting out your unit, you inform your renters that the maximum limit is three cars. As a reminder, this is the language from our bylaws:

Owners, or their tenants, are entitled to maintain no more than three (3) State-registered motor vehicles, to include cars, motorcycles, or trucks (of a size no greater than ¾ ton) on Association property.

3.       The roundabout area at the intersection of Slopeside Lane and Crawford Ridge Road is not an overflow parking area. Instead, this is a state-mandated turnabout area of emergency vehicles, such as fire trucks. Please do not under any circumstances park in that roundabout area. If you have a larger group, please leave any cars over the 3-car limit in the general ski area parking lots at the bottom of the hill.

4.       If you have any kind of property maintenance emergency, please call 603-853-3420 – that is the Great North emergency number and is the preferred method of reaching them after hours and on weekends. Do not email the board or Great North for emergencies – please remember to call this number instead – thank you!
